- Maintenance Plan & Cost Analysis
The services include to develop Maintenance Master Plan (generally for five years) for the airplane maintenance requirement. Prepares a financial statement to tell the staff how the E & M organization is operating.
- Initial Parts Provisioning
Prepares, including exercising the required conditions, for an early initial provisioning conference. Establishes strategy to obtain full support from vendors for a new model airplane
- Maintenance Outsourcing Assisstance
Help the airline management in making outsourced or in-house maintenance decision (Cost & Benefits Analysis). Establishes selection criteria of the service providers, audit performs on the selected service providers, prepares & reviews the technical workscopes of the contrat or agreement. Carry out field surveillance on service providers to ensure compliance to the airline’s work orders & regulatory requirements.
- Condition Monitoring Program
Set up & trains dedicated staff for Engine Condition Monitoring (ECM) Program to manage for effectiveness and timely executing of preventive action. Ensuring availability of the required ECM’s sub-monitoring program
