The services are provided based on long experiences of CSE’s principal consultant members in large companies. It started from developing an airline with start up business up until large and full operations including the experiences of rescuing an ailing company.

The product services includes:

• Setup AOC, MRO, Flying School & Organization Restructuring
  The services include determination of the best way forward strategy to set up the subject company with the lowest risk, effective cost and with the shortest time possible. The set up company also shall meet the applicable regulations, including establishment of the organization chart, staffing plan and staff recruitment.
• Work Load Analysis, Job Description & Grade system
  The service can be provided individually (stand alone) or included as a package in the Setting Up an organization service. The work load analysis includes the application of qualitative and quantitative assessment methods. The job description consultation service addresses critical issues such as Job Duties and Responsibilities, Position Summary, Experience and Education Requirements and Job Title. While the job grading system service deals with rational rank order of jobs, and job structure based on a system that is readily understood, fair and defensible for all stakeholders.
• Key Personal Specification Requirement and Recruitment
  The service can be provided individually (stand alone) or included as a package in the Setting Up an organization service. The consultation service shall ensure compliance with the personal requirements established in the applicable Civil Aviation Safety Regulation. The service offered includes dealing with leader ship aspects, managerial skill and personal’s good attitude which also critical for the successfull operation of the company
• Join Venture/Merger/Acquisition / IPO
  These services are designed as the follow up action of the combination of Airline Due Dilligent Services and Organization Management services or it can be provided to the customer as an individual (stand alone) services. The services include business and asset review, legal and financial review and establishing the business plan.
